Handmade

How a Trasto is made

Each Trasto begins in a small workshop in Spain. The structure is shaped from natural wood, carefully sanded and prepared to be both durable and smooth to the touch.

Every piece is then hand-painted and illustrated, with close attention to the small details that make each chair unique. Colors, shapes, and names are seamlessly integrated into the design as part of the piece’s story.

This is not mass production. Every Trasto passes through skilled hands, resulting in a piece made to accompany childhood and remain in the family for years to come.

Handmade, built to last

Little pieces for big adventures

Can you find Trasto?

In every chair and table, there’s a small detail you won’t see in the photos, something many children discover with surprise once the piece arrives at home. Somewhere within the design, a tiny Trasto is hidden, our signature angler fish. Sometimes it appears among colors, other times within shapes or subtle illustrated details. It’s never in the same place and is always part of each piece’s unique design.
