PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the acquisition of products offered through the website mytrasto.com, intended for end consumers.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase.
These Terms may be modified without prior notice. It is therefore recommended to review them carefully before purchasing any product.
PRODUCTS
Product descriptions, dimensions, weights and other specifications are provided in good faith and with the highest possible accuracy. However, they may be approximate and subject to slight variations due to manufacturing processes or materials.
The owner reserves the right to modify or update product specifications or remove products from the catalog at any time without prior notice.
Handmade products or products from different production batches may present slight variations in dimensions, finishes, textures or tones. Exact color matching between different orders is not guaranteed.
All reasonable efforts have been made to display product colors accurately. However, colors may vary depending on the user’s device or screen settings.
All measurements are approximate and for guidance only.
If errors are detected, including pricing or typographical errors, the owner reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
The customer may choose between:

NATURAL VARIATIONS AND HANDMADE PRODUCTS

These variations are inherent to the product and are not considered defects.

PURCHASE PROCESS

Shipping within mainland Spain is free unless otherwise specified.
For other destinations (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or international), shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

The applicable price is the one at the time of purchase completion.
Before payment, the customer can review the total amount including taxes and shipping.
Payment methods are those available at checkout. Charges are made upon order confirmation.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production and delivery times are indicated on the product page or during checkout and are estimates.
Responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer, who is responsible for its accuracy.
The owner is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Geographical scope
Orders can be shipped within mainland Spain and to certain international destinations.
Shipping is free within mainland Spain unless otherwise stated.
For other regions, shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination or logistics.
Delays may occur during peak periods or due to extraordinary circumstances.
Order tracking
Once shipped, the customer will receive tracking information.
Delivery
The customer must inspect the package upon delivery.
Visible damage should be noted with the carrier or reported promptly.
If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer must report it within 48 hours, providing order number and, if possible, photos.
If confirmed, the company will replace, repair or refund the product.
The owner is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as logistics issues, weather, strikes or force majeure.
Transfer of risk and ownership
Ownership is transferred once the order is delivered and fully paid.
Risk is transferred upon delivery to the provided address.
Failed delivery
If delivery is not possible, the carrier may attempt redelivery.
If the order is returned due to incorrect data or inability to locate the recipient, additional shipping costs may apply.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products are made to order or customized.
Under Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Therefore, returns and cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
Customers are advised to carefully review all order details before purchase.
If a product is defective or incorrect, it must be reported within 48 hours via hello@mytrasto.com, including order number and photos.
If confirmed, the company will:
- replace
- repair
- or refund
Return costs will be covered by the company in these cases.
LIABILITY
The company is not responsible for:
- errors in personalization data provided by the customer
- delays caused by carriers
- force majeure
Liability is limited to the product price.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
In case of dispute, the courts of the consumer’s domicile will have jurisdiction.
